At the 20 August sitting of the Government, the Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan was to present the issue of approving the proposal to sign the “COVID-19 Response Program” grant agreement between the “Asian Development Bank” and the Republic of Armenia.

Before passing the word to him, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was confused, noting: “Rapporteur, Minister of Finance: Arsen Torosyan.”

Realizing the mistake, the Prime Minister joked: “But wouldn’t you like to be the Minister of Finance, give a little more money to the Ministry of Health?” The Minister answered, “It seems to me that the third time you get confused, we have to do something already.”
