Retired President Serzh Sargsyan spoke during his press conference on the Four-Day April War about General Yuri Khachaturov, his position and the negotiations.

“Khachaturov has devoted a very long time, the best part of his life, to the security of Armenia. Khachaturov was very active in our victories from the very beginning of the hostilities. Khachaturov is a military man in his essence, he is a general, and the previous statements were very insulting for him. The man has dedicated his whole life to the army, to the security of Armenia, and there are rumors that Khachaturov was playing billiards at the beginning of the hostilities. You take it upon yourself, you dedicate your whole conscious life to one case and random people start telling tales about you,” Serzh Sargsyan said in his speech.
