As of 11:00 on 18 August, a total of 41846 cases of coronavirus disease have been confirmed the Ministry of Health informs, of which:
- 34982 – recovered,
- 832 – with death (there are 8 new deaths),
- 5787 patients are currently receiving actual treatment.
- The death toll, for other reasons, is 245 (when patients were diagnosed with a coronavirus infection but died of another disease, there is 1 new such cases).
In total, 186661 tests were performed.
Thus, we have 145 new cases of coronavirus disease and 327 recovered, 1067 tests were performed.
According to the ministry, the patients who died were 65 years old (male), 82 years old (female), 70 years old (male), 91 years old (male), 71 years old (male), 69 years old (female), 84 years old (female), and 79 years old (female). They all had concomitant chronic diseases.
