Today, on 20 July, at the sitting chaired by Judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan, the court decided to detain Judge of the RA Bankruptcy Court Gveorg Narinyan for two months.

The head of the press and public relations service of the staff of the Supreme Judicial Council Arman Khachatryan confirmed this information in a conversation with Iravaban.net.

Notably, on 17 July, the Supreme Judicial Council, considering the motions submitted by the RA Prosecutor General on the issue of agreeing to initiate criminal proceedings against Gveorg Narinyan and Ara Kubanyan, judges of the RA Bankruptcy Court, decided to satisfy the motions and give consent to prosecute the above-mentioned judges of the RA Bankruptcy Court.
