Today, on 15 July, President Armen Sargsyan signed decrees. The decrees read:․

Junior Sergeant Smbat Gevorg Gabrielyan, Commander of the 3rd detachment of the engineering platoon of N military unit is posthumously awarded the Combat Service Medal for his bravery and dedication in defending the borders of the Motherland.

Junior Sergeant Grisha VahanMatevosyan, Commander of the 2nd detachment of the engineering platoon of N military unit is posthumously awarded the Combat Service Medal for his bravery and dedication in defending the borders of the Motherland.

Sos Paylak Elbakyan Deputy Chief of the Artillery Headquarters of the N Military Unit of the RA Ministry of Defense is posthumously awarded the Medal of Courage Medal for his bravery and dedication in defending the borders of the Motherland.

Major Garush Vemir Hambardzumyan, Head of the Engineering Service of the N Military Unit of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, is posthumously awarded 2nd degree medal For Services to the Motherland for his bravery and dedication in defending the borders of the Motherland.

It should be reminded that in July, in the north-eastern part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani state border, mandatory military servisemen, junior sergeant Smbat G. Gabrielyan, junior sergeant Grisha Vahan matecosyan, Major Garush Vemir Hambardzumyan, and Sos Paylak Elbakyan  Pagiros were fatally wounded by enemy fire.
