The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) held a meeting of the Permanent Council on Tuesday, during which the Plenipotentiary Representative of Armenia to the organization reported on the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, the information provided by him was taken into account.

Coordinator of the CSTO Secretariat Vladimir Zaynetdinov reported to RIA Novosti.

“The regular sitting of the CSTO Permanent Council took place today. The Plenipotentiary Representative of Armenia to the structure Viktor Biyagov spoke during the sitting. He provided information on the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and the armed clashes. “The information was taken into account by the members of the CSTO Permanent Council,” he said.

CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas also took part in the sitting.
