At the July 9 sitting of the government, Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan spoke about the Draft Legislative Packages on making amendment and additions to the laws on the Legal Regime of the State of Emergency and the Law on Administrative Offences. During his speech the Minister noted that during the state of emergency a unified medical system will operate and all MCs will be obliged to operate as required.
