57 Hospital Functional Beds, 20 Drip Injection Stands, Chlorine Powder and Gloves donated to Artsakh Healthcare System

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) mission in Nagorno-Karabakh donated 57 hospital beds with mattresses, pillows and blankets to the healthcare system. The company also provided more than 20 drip injection stands, chlorine powder and gloves.

The purpose of this assistance is to support the healthcare system in general. It can also help to improve the level of readiness of medical institutions to withstand the COVID-19 epidemic.

In response to the outbreak of COVID-19, the ICRC has made one of its priorities the provision of assistance to health facilities. A number of hospitals and the Epidemiology and Hygiene Center have already received personal protective equipment, disinfectants, hygiene items, washing and drying machines from the ICRC to combat and prevent the spread of the infection.
