Today, on 16 June, Prosecutor General Artur Davtyan presented in the National Assembly the petitions on giving consent to initiate criminal prosecution against Gagik Kolya Tsarukyan, NA Deputy, and on giving consent to deprive RA National Assembly Deputy Gagik Kolya Tsarukyan of his liberty.
The deputies ask questions to the Prosecutor General. Edmon Marukyan asked why the prosecutor did not come to the parliament in February with the motion to detain Gagik Tsarukyan.
