Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan spoke live on the psychological layers of public behavior. According to him, the cases related to the coronavirus are not good, a new bad record has been registered.
“Since I visited “Nork” Infectious Diseases Hospital and “Surb Grigor Lusavorich” Medical Centers in the previous days, I also saw people in the resuscitation departments, today I saw people walking in the street and there was such an association that those people walk to the resuscitation department. I wanted to stop and say, “Dear ones, where are you going? I wanted to get up and go down and say, ‘Stop, dear people, this is how we are going to a very, very bad place,” Pashinyan said.
According to him, the order should issue from the will of the citizens and it is not to limit them. It must be without violence.
