Today, on 1 June, after the remote session of the Commandant’s Office, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made a briefing, which was also attended by Deputy Prime Minister, Commandant Tigran Avinyan and Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan.

The Prime Minister noted that it was unequivocal for him that he had infected his family members. Because no member of our family has been diagnosed, and my case was due to the fact that I regularly take the test, and there were plans to go to Artsakh in two days. Since there could be contact with the soldiers, I decided to be diagnosed and leave. In fact, we state that today in the republic there may be 18-20 thousand asymptomatic cases,” Nikol Pashinyan said.

According to him, the activities of the police and inspection bodies show that, nevertheless, there are still many compatriots in the republic who do not follow the anti-epidemic rules. The police has registered 1232 fines, 134 objects are closed at the moment․ “Today we were discussing the possibility of tightening the conditions for wearing masks,” the Prime Minister said.
