After expiration of the first half of the beginning of working day (shift) but no later than 4 hours from the beginning the employees are provided lunch time which may be not less than 30 minutes and no longer that 2 hours.

The lunch time as well as the rest time is not included in the labor time. The employee is authorized to be out of his work place during this time on his own discretion.

In case of a six-day working week, the work on holidays, remembrance days and weekends, may be conducted without lunch or rest time if the duration of the work day does not exceed 6 hours.

In cases where based on the conditions of the production providing time for lunch or rest is impossible the employee is provided possibility for eating during the labor process.

The beginning and the end for lunch and rest time is regulated by the internal disciplinary rules and regulations, work schedule, collective or individual labor agreements.
