During the special sitting of the National Assembly, the Deputy Minister of Justice Vahe Danielyan presented the draft law “On Making Amendments and Addenda to the Code on Administrative Offenses.”
The draft envisages that violating the conditions and requirements of free movement during the state of emergency, will result in a fine in the amount of 10 thousand AMD.
According to him, the current code for violation of free movement stipulates liability of 100,000 to 250,000 AMD and the measure of responsibility for such restrictions on free movement is not proportionate and cannot effectively contribute to the realization of the goal pursued.
