Currently, the new admission of children to kindergartens has been suspended indefinitely. Tigran Virabyan, Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, said this in response to the question of Iravaban.net.

“When we have a corresponding instruction or decision to resume the new admission in kindergartens, we will inform. Now we are carrying out work in kindergartens, at this critical stage, for a limited number of children, and this should be considered from that point of view,” the Deputy Mayor said.

Due to the state of emergency, the kindergarten will be reopened on May 20.  The groups should consist of 8-10 children. The children whose parents work or are in a difficult social situation should attend.
