Edmon Marukyan, a member of the National Assembly, made a direct offer to the government to provide 100,000 AMD to about 500,000 families without discrimination, and to provide pensions in double amount to pensioners.

He also mentions how this process should be organized, guided not by who should be supported, but by excluding a few groups of people who do not really need support. According to the MP, the state has funds in the amount of about 300 billion AMD, and if the above-mentioned support is provided, about 100 billion AMD will remain in the reserve fund.
