On 23 April, the executive made a decision on receiving medical care by state order. The issue was presented to the members of the government by the Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan. The new decision, in particular, refers to the medical services provided to servicemen and their families within the framework of the state order launched in 2013.

“As a result of our reforms over the past two years, the parents of our conscripts have received 100 percent compensation from the state for their complex and expensive surgeries, and contract soldiers and officers have only received co-payment when receiving medical care with complex and expensive technologies. It seems that an unequal situation has arisen, which we are trying to correct. We will have a fairer attitude towards thousands of servicemen and their equals – police officers, NSS employees, MES employees,” Arsen Torosyan said.
