Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan issued a statement saying:

“Dear compatriots,

Government-launched #Electronic tools allow government and local government to communicate # online without the need to leave home. So you can stay away from different departments as much as possible.

I urge you to submit applications, complaint and inquiry to the state and local self-government bodies through a single platform of e-request.am electronic surveys. When sending a request via the e-request.am system, indicate your e-mail and the appropriate authority will send the response to your e-mail address.

Make all payments via online banking, and if not possible, through e-payments.am system, payment terminals – Telcell, Easy Pay, Idram Moby Dram payment systems, so you will not need to visit state and local self-government bodies,

Communicate with tax authorities through the electronic management system of taxservice.am,

In case of problems with the Police and Traffic Police, use the electronic tools available at police.am,

Communicate with the Cadastre Committee through the e-cadastre.am e-service platform,

In case of urgent problems with public authorities, contact the agency via the Hotline telephone or Facebook page.

I would also add that government officials are able to do their work from home if needed through the “Mulberry” electronic document system.”
