In compliance with Article 8 (7) of the Electoral Code of the Republic of Armenia, Article 16 (1) of the Law on Referendum, during the referendum on the Constitutional Reform of the Republic of Armenia, on the 30th day before the voting day, the RA Police publishes the total number of citizens eligible to participate in the referendum included in the Voter Register, including also information on the number of the citizens by location as well as non-registered citizens eligible to participate in the referendum.

The police inform.

Thus: the total number of citizens having the right to participate in the referendum included in the RA voter register on the 30th day before the voting day is 2,582,722;

of which:

– number of citizens eligible to vote by location – 129;

– Number of non-registered citizens eligible to vote – 8.
