Former Prime Ministers of the Republic of Armenia Vazgen Manukyan, Khosrov Harutyunyan, Karen Karapetyan, as well as former Prime Minister of the Artsakh Republic Anushavan Danielyan are going to submit a proposal to the court to replace the detention as a measure of restraint against the RA second President Robert Kocharyan with their personal guarantees.

Robert Kocharyan’s lawyer’s team is currently preparing the necessary documents to file a motion during one of the upcoming court hearings.
It should be reminded that in May 2018 Judge David Grigoryan released Robert Kocharyan on the personal guarantee of current and former Presidents of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan and Arkadi Ghukasyan. On 25 June, Judge of the Court of Appeal Armen Danielyan overturned that decision and remanded Kocharyan in custody.
