“It seems like that the past one and a half years should have been enough for some circles to understand that the city government will not tolerate illegal construction in any way, but from time to time we get alerts about the remnants of the past.

I repeat, we encourage construction and development in every way; it is the locomotive of our city’s development. But illegal construction will be prevented by the most rigorous methods,” he said.
