It is obvious that this tragic event is very strange and raises many questions. At the moment I will stay away from any ratings.
I demand from the relevant authorities a complete, transparent and thorough investigation of the case.
My deepest condolences to Georgi Kutoyan’s family, relatives and friends. ”
It should be noted that the deputy chairman of the penitentiary Artur Melikyan stated that the criminal case was initiated under Article 110 (1) (Causing somebody to commit suicide.).
