Anti-Government Rallies in Iran: They say our Enemy is America, but our Enemy is here”

On 12 January, anti-government protests resumed in a number of Iranian cities. “Reuters” Agency reports. The protests began in Iran after authorities admitted that the Boeing 737 crashed because of their mistake.

Protests are reported to be taking place in Tehran and Isfahan, with a large number of students participating. They chant: “The Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps commits crimes, and the country’s leadership backs it,” “They say our enemy is America, but our enemy is here.”

In addition, protesters in Tehran have refused to walk on Israeli and American flags painted on the ground.
