About 2 million AMD will be allocated from the budget of the Municipality of Yerevan for the construction of the memorial to the victims of 1 March, 2008. The decision was made by the Yerevan Council of the Elders at the December 16 special session. It was decided to increase the allocations for the 2019 budget of Yerevan by 3 million 950 thousand AMD.
The monument will be built in the park near Grigor Lusavorich Street.
