Arman Iskandaryan, Director of the Special Service of Population Community Non-Profit Organization, posted a video on his Facebook page showing strangers walking around with a flashlight inside the CNPO building.
The director wrote, “On 22 November, at about 3 am and 5 pm, unknown persons broke into the administrative building of the “Special Service of Population” CNPO, opened the safe, and left without finding anything. The case is being investigated by the police.”
