The Court of General Jurisdiction of Arabkir and Qanaqer-Zeytun Administrative Districts is considering the criminal case brought against Henrikh G.
The accused, having a preliminary agreement with Armen N., abusing the confidence of Lyuba A. and promising to pay personally for the mobile phone, got a “Nokia” cell phone purchasing contract in her name, from “ArmenTel” service center (Aharanoyan Str. 2), cheated and did not give back the phone, causing Lyuba A. a pecuniary damage in amount of 240.800 AMD.
The recognizance not to leave was selected as a measure of restraint.
Note. Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty by the court verdict lawfully entered into force as prescribed by Criminal Procedure Code.
