In response to the proposal, President Sargsyan held a series of consultations with representatives of the parliamentary and extra-parliamentary forces, as well as public and political figures, to discuss the situation in the country and the ways for solution

During the discussions, all the participants agreed that the issues raised should be resolved within the framework of the Constitution, including all constitutional processes, up to the extraordinary parliamentary elections, if necessary, before making amendments to the Electoral Code and the constitutional laws.
