OSCE cannot carry out a monitoring in Chinari section, as the Azerbaijani side has opened fire in the direction of the group: “The Azerbaijani Armed Forces have opened fire on the Azerbaijan-Armenia state border, in Tavush section, during the OSCE monitoring mission,” Tigran Balayan spokesperson of the RA Foreign Ministry wrote in his Twitter page.
