The RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations informs that on 9 November at 10:00am, all state and interstate highways in the republic are passable.
It is snowing in Aparan City and Aragats village of Aragatsotn marz, Jermuk City of Vayots Dzor marz, Sevan, Gavar, Chambarak and Martuni cities of Gegharkunik marz.
According to the information received from the department of ES of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Georgia Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for the passenger cars from 05:30 till 20:30 and for the trucks from 05:30 till 00:00.
