As we have already informed in the morning at around 9 a.m., one of the security guards of the Government was taken to the 1st University Hospital with a gunshot wound to the head.
Iravaban.net learned from the Investigative Committee that a criminal case under the requirements of Article 1. Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code has been initiated. This Article provides:
“Causing somebody to commit suicide or make an attempt at a suicide by indirect willfulness or by negligence, by means of threat, cruel treatment or regular humiliation of one’s dignity is punished with imprisonment for the term of up to 3 years.”
