The materials on case of beating the owner and Executive Head of Air Armenia airline Arsen Avetisyan were sent to the Prosecution from the investigative body on demand of Avan and Nor Nork Administrative District Prosecutor on 18.08.2015.
The Department of Public Relations of the RA Prosecution reports that at the same day prepared materials were sent to the body of preliminary investigation – the RA Investigative Committee – for solving the process of Article 180, 181 of the RA Criminal Procedure Code.
