For the objective, complete and comprehensive preliminary investigation, during the preliminary investigation of the criminal case sent to the RA Special Investigative Service was initiated against Tajdin A., according to the RA Criminal Code 179 Article Part 3 Point 1 and 34 -312 Articles Part 3 Point 1.
Tajdin A. is accused of while being endowed with the authority of temporary keeping 174 large and small cattle with the acceptance act made by Greta G. he sold these cattle to other people in the months of September-December, 2014; and this was a reason of causing damages to Greta G. in the amount of 50 million 87.000 AMD.
Then Tajdin A. reported in February 2015 that the Advocate Yeghik Y. got acquainted with RA Deputy Prosecutor of General and established intimate relationship with the help of Garik A.; being unaware that in reality Hovik B., the convicted of the RA MOJ “Vardashen” Criminal-Executive Institution, got acquainted with Yeghik Y. by the phone and had intimate conversations; and Tajdin A. applied to Yeghik Y. to solve the criminal case in his favor. Yeghik Y. assured Tajdin A. that the RA Deputy Prosecutor of General would mediate for the preliminary investigation of the criminal case in exchange for the bribe for stopping the case and exempting his property from the attachment.
Using that opportunity Tajdin A. gave Yeghik Y. 5.000$ on February, 2015 for passing to the RA Deputy Prosecutor of General. Yeghik Y. partly gave it to Garik A., the RA Deputy Prosecutor of General. But the crime did not come to an end because the introduced as the RA Deputy Prosecutor of General Hovik B. and Garik A. fraudulently stolen the whole amount of the bribe. The RA Special Investigative Service reports about this.
The arrest of Tajdin A. was chosen as a measure restraint. The preliminary investigation is going on.
