The prisoner of “Nubarashen” Criminal-Executive Institution of the RA Ministry of Justice Davit H. reported that on December, 2014 he received money from his relatives through the employees of this institution; and that money was used for buying a cell phone from that people and using it for a long time.
According to the report of the prisoner Davit H., a criminal case on the abuse of power was initiated towards some officials of “Nubarashen” Criminal-Executive Institution of the RA Ministry of Justice. The preliminary investigation is carried out.
Note: The suspect or the accused of the alleged offense is deemed innocent unless his or her innocence is proved by virtue of the effective court verdict in the manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia.
