Today, the RA President Serzh Sargsyan has signed a new decree, according to which he appoints Vladimir Hakobyan the RA Press Secretary of the President. According to the decree: “Based on the NH-193-N decree Part 1 applied on August 17, 2007 of the President of the Republic of Armenia, 3 sub point of the 16 Part of the RA President Charter, I decide to appoint Vladimir Hakobyan the RA Press Secretary of the President.”
