On 3 June 2015, at 23:45 major investigators of Stepanavan’s Investigative section of RA Investiagtive Committee’s Investigative Department of Lori Marz Edik K. and Gagik A. noticed 25-30 people arguing on the street. Approaching them they presented themselves as investigators and demanded to stop the dispute, but Varuzhan M. and his boys attacked the investigators and blow strikes to them. On the fact of the case a criminal case was initiated of RA Investigative Committee’s Department of Lori Marz, on Part 1 of Article 346 and Part3/1 of Article 258.
During preliminary investigation Varuzhan M.’s wife announced that the investigators applied to force against her husband and sons and caused body injuries. In order to provide a complete and objective investigation the case was sent to RA Special Investigative service. Preliminary investigation is going on.
