When will the New Draft Constitution be published?

Today, in the evening, the new Draft Constitution of the RA (Chapters 1 to 7) will be published on the official website of the RA Ministry of Justice. The RA Ex-Minister of Justice Gevorg Danielyan, Chairperson of the Board of Center of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia said in the interview with Iravaban.net. According to him, the draft will also include the chapters on judicial power.

“Constitutional Order, Human Rights and Freedoms, the National Assembly, the President, The Government and the Judicial Power,” Mr. Danielyan enumerated the chapters. He also said that the draft will be published aimed to ensure the process of public discussion, and after that on 1 August it is anticipated to publish the complete text of the draft.
