On the instruction of the RA Chief of Police Vladimir Gasparyan a service investigation was set in the internal security department of the police in the connection of the police actions while restoring the public order during the developments on Baghramyan Avenue and the Liberty Square on 23 June.
The results of the investigation made by 13 July revealed that several policemen committed disciplinary violations and were announced with severe reprimand, some of them with demotion of the position.
RA Police informs that the service investigation on other applications of citizens and the activities policemen during the protest actions on 23 June at Baghramyan Avenue and Liberty square is going on.
Results will be announced recurrently.
