Last night within 03.00 o’clock there has been an assault at the shop situated at Hunan Avetisyan 1 address, Kapan City, the windows of the shop and the doors were broken by stone. The shop belongs to the Karen Atajanyan’s son, Mher Atajanyan (Karen Atajanyan is accused of the attempt against Surik Khachatryan).
According to the data of the examination the executor is Zarzand Nikoghosyan, the bodyguard of the Syuniq Governor Surik Khachatryan. The police arrested him immediately at the scene of the incident.
In the interview with Iravaban.net the police reported that Zarzand Nikoghosyan was set free under recognizance not to leave. They also reported that materials are prepared at Kapan police department about the case but the criminal case has not been initiated.
