Shortly before at Baghramyan Avenue the RA Deputy Chief Hunan Poghosyan was negotiating with the activists against electricity price hike. Davit Sanasaryan, one of the organizers of the protest action was asking to postpone the dispersion of the demonstration by 19.00 in the evening, but Hunan Poghosyan refused. Davit Sanasaryan claimed that if so provocation will take place, and the Police will be responsible for it. Now Deputy Chief of Yerevan Police Valery Osipyan is reading for the second time the announcement-precaution that they are going to restore the traffic in Baghramyan Avenue.
