The protest action against the rise of electricity tariff is going on. At this moment the demonstrators are cleaning Baghramyan Avenue. The problem with scavenging still exists. “Sanitek” Company does not take the garbage out of the beginning of the Avenue.

A few hours before the protestors approached the deputy Chief of Police of Yerevan Valeri Osipyan with a request to support to solve the scavenging problem. The latter answered that he had called several times to the Company, but they do not answer the calls.

One of the demonstrators said that he can take a bag with garbage and put in the traffic part of the street so that they shall have to come and take it. In response Valeri Osipyan said that he would appear in the police if he act so.

Currently part of the demonstrators are asleep in the street, another part are playing ball, others are listening to a young man playing guitar and singing.

There are a lot of children in the Avenue.
