Today, the RA Prime-Minister Hovik Abrahamyan signed a decision on providing a leave to Hovhannes Manukyan. The decision reads:
“Based on the order established in Paragraph 139 of Point 1 of the RA President’s Decree of 18 July 2007, N 174-NH-1,
1. Provide the unused part of the minimal annual leave of 2014, from 9-24 July, 2015 to RA Minister of Justice Hovhannes Manukyan.
2. In the period of Hovhannes Manukyan’s annual leave temporarily appoint the duties of the RA Minister of Justice to Arsen Mkrtchyan, the First Deputy Minister of Justice, RA.”
