27 million 289thousand AMD will be allocated to the Central Electoral Commission of the RA for the procurement of a special substance for stamping the identification documents and which is disappearing after 12 hours. The substance is used during the elections.
Gagik Khachatryan, the RA Minister of Finance introduced the draft at the Government Session. Disbursement is scheduled to be implemented in the first half of 2015.
The government decided to confirm the decision, which shall enter into force on the day following its official publication.
