The approval of the New Draft Law of the RA on Public Organizations currently is uncertain. The Ministry of Justice has presented the draft law for the discussion of the interested bodies, anticipating receiving their opinions. “The Ministry is waiting to receive the opinions from all bodies; we have not received from all entities yet. When we shall have them all we shall present it to the Government. The term is still unclear,” Iravaban.net learned this from the department.
Prior to this the Ministry of Justice had informed that the new draft law provided a number of amendment aimed at the improvement of the sphere raising the role of the civil society institutions in the political structure of the society, strengthening their organizational and functional capacity and strengthening their capability. For this purpose the draft propose a unique model of ranking the NGOs, which though has no impact on the functional aspect, but can ensure new contextual approach by novice modeling of the NGOs’ activities or their perception and serve as a basis for institutional strengthening, new mode of understanding the values and development.
