On 28 May, Armenia celebrates the Republic Day.

Pursuant to Article 9 of the RA Law “On Holidays and Memorial Days in the Republic of Armenia” tomorrow, May 28, is a holiday and a non working day.

According to Article 147 of the RA Labor Code, on the eve of non-working days, holidays and memorial days, the duration of the working day is shortened by an hour. This point of the law does not apply employees who work part-time.
