The former Prime Minister of the RA, the RA Ambassador in the USA Tigran Sargsyan has filed a court claim against the businessman Paylak Hayrapetyan. Iravaban.net learned from DataLex Judiciary Portal that Tigran Sargsyan requires to refute the actual data of slander and to exact one million AMD from Paylak Hayrapetyan.
Gagik Shamshyan is involved in this civil case as a third person. The case will be examined in the Court of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative District of Yerevan City. The first court hearing is set on 9 June (Presiding Judge Zaruhi Nakhshkaryan).
