President appointed New Ambassador

President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointing Ashot Smbatyan Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia in the Federal Republic of Germany.

The decree of the President of the RA reads: “Led by Paragraph 8 of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, I decide:

To appoint Ashot Smbatyan Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia in the Federal Republic of Germany (the seat in Berlin).”
