On the same day, the RA President signed another decree on conferring the rank of Major General of Police to Rafayel G. Zakaryan, the Head of the General Department on Combating Organized Crime, Police Colonel.
On 15 May, the RA President also signed a number of decrees on the occasion of the Day of Police, according to which a number of police officers received other state awards.
