The RA Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan has signed a decree by which the duties of the RA Minister of Transport and Communication will temporarily be assumed by the First Deputy Minister of Transport and Communication Arthur Arakelyan, due to the annual leave of the Minister Gagik Beglaryan.
The decree reads:
“Based on the order established in Paragraph 139 of Point 1 of the RA President’s Decree of 18 July 2007, N 174-NH-1,
1. Provide the unused part of the minimal annual leave of 2013 and 2014 to the RA Minister of Transport and Communication Gagik Beglaryan for the period of 18 May till 3 June 2015.
2. In the period of Gagik Beglaryan’s annual leave temporarily appoint the duties of the RA Minister of Transport and Communication to Arthur Arakelyan, the First Deputy Minister of the RA Transport and Communication.”
