There is no need to hurry, we shall create difficulties. At today’s Government Session, Head of the National Security Service Gorik Hakobyan, said this with regard to the approval of the draft concept on introduction of the Probation Սervice in the Republic of Armenia, which the RA Minister of Justice Hovhannes Manukyan presented.
Mr. Manukyan noted that as a result of introduction of this service, the persons found guilty of a crime will be integrated in the society. Gorik Hakobyan did not like the draft. According to him this is difficult to implement in Armenia currently, based on a number of problems. Mr. Hakobyan thinks that this may be possible to implement completely after some 20 or 30 years, however he could not imagine it at present, and this will cause difficulties for us.
