The Government’s session tomorrow will be discussing the draft initiated by the RA Government to convene a special session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia. The draft suggests convening a Special Session of the RA NA on 5 May at 12:00.
The agenda will include discussion of a number of legislative packages, including: packages of the RA Law on making Changes and Amendments in the RA Civil Procedure Code, RA Laws on making amendments to the RA Judicial, Civil and Family Codes, as well as the RA Law on making an amendment in the RA law on the State Duty. This will be discussed in the first reading, the second and the third readings it is anticipated to introduce to the approval of the NA a number of packages, including the Draft Law on making amendments in the RA Code of Administrative Violations.
The agenda of the special session is also expected to approve several agreements.
Notably, there is nothing said about the amnesty in the government’s draft.
