She said that if a person does not want to disclose corruption, the HRD cannot proceed against his will. Speaking of the aspects containing corruption risk, she said:-“If corruption risks are detected, we write about them under the problems of each state body. We have recorded such corruption risks in the MSE sphere, family and social pension system, for there are serious corruption risks in these areas and the citizens have raised those issues,” told the deputy HRD.
